1. $ 631 million acceded to Coastal Corridor.

i) Asian Development Bank (ADB) gave green signal to $631 million investment for coastal corridor in India.

ii) The coastal corridor (Industrial Corridor) is planned between Visakhapatnam and Chennai. 

iii) The length of the corridor is about 2500 km with initial phase of 841 km to be completed.
